Description
We manufacture jointed teak panels to your specified dimensions for marine and decking applications. Panels are made with 38 mm teak slats, 5 mm joints. Slats are epoxy-bonded (recommended adhesive: FFE-200) onto a laminate substrate and caulked with SIS440 (Teakdecking Systems). Finished panel thickness after sanding is approximately 6 mm. For transport reasons we prefer to produce panels 60 cm wide; widths above 60 cm will be supplied as two panels to be assembled on site (assembly requires 2 cartridges). Framing is available (additional cost approx. 15%); curved framing has an additional cost of approx. 25%. Please allow 5 to 7 weeks for production.
