Product Details: Polyantivibr are bars that find their use in attenuating noise and vibrations on board and are combined with Polyphon panels. The bars are available in two different types to meet the needs of reducing vibrations on both the floor and the wall, thus guaranteeing the highest acoustic comfort within the rooms. The core composed of 500 kg/m³ cork rubber can be 10 or 20 mm. On request, they can also be made with other rubbers such as Sylomer SR55 which has a thickness of 12.5 or 25mm. - Polyantivibr P: This type of bar is ideal for flooring where there is a need for anti-vibration leveling for medium and large boats. Usually, the bars are laid in a floor grid with a distance between the bars of approximately 50 cm. To obtain the best performance, the floor must be constructed with Polyphon panels. These bars can be supplied either with 2 external faces of Okoumè or with a single face. If the single-sided version is required, the rubber must be glued directly to the rough surface of the underfloor (fibreglass, aluminium, steel). The single-sided solution is preferred if there is a need to contain the thickness or in the case of an irregular background. - Polyantivibr V: Unlike the Polyantivibr P, the Polyantivibr V are designed to be fixed vertically on the walls and compartments that border the sound source. Combined with the Polyphon panel, it is the perfect solution for acoustic insulation and to counteract vibrations between rooms. Polyantivibr V bars can be supplied pre-drilled to optimize the application and use of the screws.
