• Can I install this light on an existing dock? Yes, if the dock is a Candock G2. The light uses a 3" post cube that must be integrated into the dock structure; some disassembly and reinstallation of dock sections may be required. Installation by a certified Candock installer is recommended.
• Is this suitable for docks exposed to heavy waves? The lamp head weighs 25 lb (≈11.3 kg) and the mast is nearly 10 ft (≈3 m), which can create a lever effect under wave action. The Mast Light is recommended for calm bodies of water; for wave-exposed sites consider the lower-profile Post Light.
