Each version has a choice of different sails, according to personal taste and abilities. In the “Sport” version, it has almost 6m² of sails. The Magnum 21 has been fitted with a retractable centre-board instead of a keel. This keeps the weight down and the speed up, and facilitates easy beaching of the boat. The easily retractable centreboard makes sailing Magnum 21 trimarans up to and onto a beach a natural activity.
