The yard's designers developed a range of contemporary, stylish and elegant motoryachts that clearly display their own unique design characteristics. The motoryachts will use the same Nordia brand name as the sailing yachts, a label used exclusively for yachts designed and built in the Van Dam boat shipyard in Holland.
The new range consists of a 22, 26 and 30-metre semi-displacement hull design, to be constructed in high-grade marine aluminium. There are two different designs available, one that breathes pure luxury (LX) and a design with a classy and sporty emphasis (GT). The interiors will be entirely custom designed to match the owners' specific requirements. |

| Velvet 83 adds the fascination of superior cosiness to the ample cockpit. Enter the vast saloon, go down five steps and just like magic discover another environment. The first saloon has two ample, open view, lateral windows and the second is lit by a large skylight in the windscreen. The open space kitchen is to one side of the second saloon. Towards the stern on the lower level there is a luxurious Master suite and two guest cabins all with private bathrooms. Velvet 83 can be completely personalised both in the furnishing and in the division of the interiors. |

Since inception Nor-Tech set out to build exclusive products that were not available from the existing production or custom boat builders. In the early days the company was focused on delivering a handful of high-end custom machines. Each passing year was marked with more improvements, refinements and increased capacity. Along the way the 3800 V bottom was added, then in 1999 the first 5000 Supercat was introduced giving Nor-Tech a foray into a totally new market. |
