Transcend 142
Why drastically change a shape that is loved by most everyone? We didn’t, we just made it better. Last year’s Transcend brought a new fin technology that changed the way the board bites the water on edge. This engineering breakthrough enables you to make the molded fins longer by bolting on extensions which changes the way the board releases from the wake. For the new 2009 Transcend, we have perfected this design. The molded fins have been sharpened to reduce drag and hold a stronger edge. We also widened the board by a quarter inch adding surface area for more speed and increased pop off the wake. We took our center spine technology and ran with it. This board has the deepest center spine that runs the complete length of the board. The spine not only breaks the water to stomp landings, but creates an edge-to-edge response that is lightning fast. The result is a surfy smooth feel that is very poppy off the wake and is the softest landing Transcend ever. During the testing process, Andrew was so excited about the new design, he tried to steal the prototype several times. Pure 134
When we introduced the Pure package to the market a few years ago, it was just that; simple, clean, and pure. For 2009, we wanted to keep those strong qualities, in a new design. Always known as our bread and butter package, we have upped the ante and placed a new shape into the mix. With a mellow rocker pattern, cupped rails, and long base molded fins, it is a true performer. Similar to its higher end siblings, the Pure for utilizes a huge center spine to help cushion landings, and a bit of top shaping to add some strength while reducing weight. Available on the Pure and all our package boards are the patented Hinge Tech boots. They take away all headaches when getting in and out of your ride. Sapphire
You would have to be living on the moon if you haven’t seen the huge progression female riders have made in the past season. The ladies are stomping huge sevens, big backside spins, and more mobes than ever. The Sapphire was specifically designed for this type of girl pushing the limits out on the water. This female specific wakeboard is constructed with four long base molded fins and two removable center fins for extra stability in tough conditions and increased edge control. We mounted a center spine down the middle of the deck to provide pillow-soft landings. The Sapphire is composed with extra glass and a subtle 3-stage rocker to provide a huge pop of the wake. As we all know, the board and boot packages are where it's at. This year we are able to bring you a hinge package at a price that opens the door to all riders. The Faze shape boasts a few features that are used in some of the higher end packages but maintains a soft flex and a large bolt on fin to create that true ride and track straight to teach the rider the basics. The Seven boots that come with the Faze are the entry-level hinge boot that brings the ease of entry to the masses. Using a floating tongue for fit, a lace system to allow for the different size feet, and the hinge, the Seven boot is sure to impress on the water, and in the wallet.

Surge/Charger
Not for the faint hearted! The Surge and Charger were both specifically shaped and designed to take juniors from their first pull, to landing their first back roll and 360 in record time. Built with an aggressive continuous rocker line, long based molded fins, edge fins, and stretched channels that extend throughout the mid-section of the board. These features teach proper edge control, body positioning, stability, and give a predictable pop off the wake. We added extra glass to increase stiffness generating additional lift when trying new tricks. Pure
The Pure with Torq boots was the best selling package in the industry last season. Not only is it an amazing shape, packaged with the industry shattering hinge boots, and rocking a killer graphic but the price of the package will make you ask "are you sure?" We all know what the Torq's will do for you. A boot that all of your friends can share, they can swim in and out of them with ease, and they look killer. Now partner those with a shape that was formed around a past Absolute shape which we also all know is rad. So we now have a shape paired with boots…both of which rock. A great board for the beginner and intermediate, the Pure is a softer board allowing for a bit of a mellower ride. Tracks well, edges easy, and pops consistent thanks to the three basics that every board in this genre needs. Large molded fins, a deep bolt on fin, and long channels for extra tracking. Faster and more explosive pretty well sum up Erik Ruck's new shape for 2008. Built off one of the best selling Hyperlite boards to date, Ruck made all the changes to perfect his ride. Starting with the rocker line, the new Era moves to a true 3 stage shape. Combine this with an increases in overall surface area and you have a recipe for massive pop. To ensure this rocker didn't slow his shape down Ruck re-designed the fret rails into a sharper, single profile for a responsive locked in edge. All in all this is the most explosive shape in the line.

The Syn is an all new women's pro model shape that carries awesome speed into the wake and has all the pop you need. With a variable edge design which rolls from soft between your feet to a sharp cupped rail tip and tail, this board is as quick and responsive as they come. A new feature that strays from traditional Hyperlite shapes however is the Syn's shorter curved molded in fins. Ending almost two inches from the tip and tail of the board, its just enough fin to know its there and working but nothing to delay release off the wake.

Innovation on the water, truly we say. With a thinned out profile nose to nose and a wide profile this new ride does everything you can ask of it whether you are out hitting the rails or carving out a session on glass. Lock in and cut when you want to, release and glide when you need to. This wider profile along with its uniquely sharp molded fin design allows the rider a controlled fast approach with explosive pop. A sharper lifted surf rail helps the board bite hard into the wake, but also helps it sit a bit higher in the water to carry more speed into the wake and release cleanly. Soft landings are aided by a clean bottom design with slight cups to the rails and no gimmicks, this softens landings and makes for a super consistent approach to the wake. The Crypt has no limits on the water and you shouldn't either.
