The temperature and pressure transmitter T901-Px1A is especially
designed to meet liquid cargo monitoring requirements. It is designed
to require only a single installation to obtain two types of
measurements (temperature and pressure).
Its design enables easy maintenance especially thanks to the modularity
of each item. The absolute-type pressure cell avoids all damage due to
the saline environment. The T901-Px1A can be connected by a flexible
hose making it insensitive to heavy seas.
The temperature probes (from one to three) give the temperature of the
liquid with high accuracy enabling the computer to directly correct the
density parameters.

The System is applied for continuous tank content measuring of ballast, cargo and fuel oil tanks. Additionally the ships draught and temperature of fuel and cargo tanks can be measured. Modern microcomputer technology forms the base of the decentralised system structure which ensures precise tank content and draught readings.
Reliability
All key components as there are sensors and electronics are our own products. The development, design and manufacturing are carried out under controlled conditions by our quality system.
Flexibility
Modern microcomputer technology enables quick and flexible solutions of customers requirements. Furthermore the system structure allows communication with ship monitoring and control systems. Different programmable alarm output contacts for remote indication can be realised
Easy Handling
The illuminated four line display and the functional keyboard of the TT MIP realise easy manual handling. All indication for tank and draught readings are automatically corrected by trim and density. The parameters for sensors offset, span and installation height as well as for alarm value limits and density correction can be set via the integrated keyboard.

Due to its compact and durable design, the pressure transducer AHD-S 230 is capable of dealing with all kinds of measuring tasks, such as applications in shipbuilding as well as for use in offshore facilities.
All measuring parts are completely made of Cr-Ni steel. The housing complies with IP65 at minimum. The pressure transducer runs on variable DC voltage and supplies an output signal of 4 - 20 mA.

Surveyor%u2122 Cargo Level is a complete automatic level gauging and cargo monitoring system for tankers. The system is one of the most comprehensive and accurate systems available for this specific application. Together with advanced signal handling and computer technology, the functions included are as follows:
Level gauging in cargo, slop, ballast, and fuel oil tanks
Density measurement in cargo, slop, and fuel oil tanks (only with pressure sensors)
Vapour (inert gas) pressure in cargo and slop tanks
Draft measurement
Loading computer for on/offline stability and stress with load planning
Print out of cargo and transfer reports
Interface for communications with other systems available
High level and overfill
Pump and valve control system
As all parts and functions are based on the same sensor technology, the system is very cost effective and operationally efficient for the users. The modular and compact design makes the Surveyor%u2122 Cargo Level an attractive alter- native for new-building or retrofit installations. Separate ballast gauging systems or complete cargo tank systems available for installations on board any type of vessel. Surveyor%u2122 Cargo Level has been successfully installed on board chemical and oil tankers as well as product and container vessels and recognized as a cost- effective, reliable and user-friendly system.

The PL3700 series is a ceramic family transmitter withstanding attack from most petroleum and chemical products. The 316L stainless steel remote electronic box is especially designed for deck installation and includes the amplifier with zero and span adjustment.
The PL3700 is linearised. The pressure transducer is sealed inside a stainless steel 316 L housing which ensures an IP68 rating.
Flexible conduits are supplied in standard for watertight connections on deck.

The system consists of Gauge Heads, ready assembled with air-throttle valve, non return valve, and electronic pressure transmitter IP 68. The gauge head to be mounted to a yard supplied 1 measuring pipe, which is guided into the corresponding tank to a level 3 cm above tank bottom. The Gauge Head is provided with a 12 mm cutting ring connection for connection to a common working-air circuit with supply-air pressure reduced to 3 to 3,5 bar. By the throttle valve the air bubble flow is reduced to max. abt. 30 ltr./h to the tank or draft measuring point. The non-return valve assembled with the Gauge Head secures the air-circuit and the pressure transmitter against tank fluid flowing back into the pneumatic circuit. The signal pick-off is rendered by an electronic pressure transducer type G1-S with ceramic sensor cell with high purity aluminium oxid membrane, providing analog signals 4 - 20 mA corresponding to the air-overpressure in the measuring pipe. Signal generation: capacitive sensor cell with full range individual temperature compensation stored on cell, sensor cell and amplifier in one common housing, zerosetting without influence on span-setting. Tuning: to straight value in excess of max. obtained pressure, allowing easy installation and adaptation to individual tank at indicating instrument.
