Since 1999, ROTAX has manufactured floats and other unsinkable products for marinas worldwide. The process ? Thermoplastic rotomoulding and foaming. The expenditures for investment and transformation are much lower than any other transformation processes of plastic material.

Backed by their many years of experience, ROTAX now has a unique technical know-how on rotomoulding that can be applied in many areas of activity.

INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT : ROTAX masters all the parameters, starting from the idea, to the project, to the mass production of the manufactured goods. Our research and development team work closely together to define the best production techniques that will enable us to respect the industrial parameters in terms of dimensional stability, colour, and parts that will be accessorized in an assembly.

PRODUCTION : ROTAX is a team of 18 individuals that are committed to respecting their engagement in terms of lead-time and quality. Our teams work diligently to ensure flexibility and reactivity in production to optimize delivery and lead-time.

QUALITY CONTROL : each piece is meticulously manufactured and verified by our operators, the "finishing workshop", and our Quality Inspection department.
