It has an annual production capacity of 100 unmanned boats, 200 intelligent life-saving robots and 500 sets of self-righting systems. Based on strong technical force，it has obtained many invention or utility model patents, and all products of the company have independent intellectual property rights. Over more than 15 years, the company has maintained close cooperation with Taiyuan University of technology, South China University of technology, Shanghai University of technology, Tianjin University of technology, Nantong University and other domestic universities, as well as many research institutions such as Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tianjin Academy of Environmental Sciences for a long time. It is the industry university research base of Taiyuan University of technology in Qingdao. In November 2019, it was absorbed as a member unit by China Ocean Engineering Equipment Technology Industry Alliance. In the same year, it was rated as a high-tech enterprise.
