Who are we?
Bruntons Propellers, based in the UK, has a long-standing history in designing and manufacturing high-performance propellers for the marine industry. The company was founded over 150 years ago, originally specialising in metalworking and ship fittings, and in 1908 began focusing on marine propulsion solutions. Over the decades Bruntons became renowned for its innovative propeller designs, especially with developments like the Autoprop—a self-pitching propeller introduced in the 1980s. The Autoprop design adjusts automatically to optimise efficiency based on the vessel’s speed and load, significantly enhancing fuel efficiency and performance.
Today Bruntons design and manufacture pretty much every type of propeller – folding, feathering and fixed. Bruntons are globally unique in providing propellers suitable for virtually any type of craft, and our customers can be assured they will get exactly the right one for their vessel.
