Catamaran crossbeam Z1872

Description
New generation of beam designed for modern catamarans. CAD-designed to be assembled without welding and fully machined on 5-axis CNC equipment. New beam profiles and components improve structural efficiency while reducing chafe points by integrating tie-rod end fittings and chainplates into the beam. Design also minimizes electrolytic corrosion between aluminium and stainless steel. Upper surface profiles include anti-slip grooves. The beam dolphin striker is manufactured from thick round tubing to reduce sail chafing. All beams are supplied with traceability labels.
