OverviewThe Viking 90 SB is a long-range sportfishing yacht configured for tournament-level performance with Sky Bridge ergonomics and mega-yacht accommodations. Offered in Sky Bridge (SB), Enclosed Bridge (EB) and Open Bridge / Convertible (C) configurations, the design emphasizes advanced propulsion, lightweight composite construction and serviceable systems.
Performance & DesignThe hull employs a lifting-strake profile, refined driveline and prop pockets developed with Computational Fluid Dynamics to optimize pressure distribution, trim and trim-tab effectiveness. Standard tankage and systems prioritize accessibility and serviceability. Light Resin Transfer Molding and increased carbon-fiber use reduce weight and enhance performance.
Cockpit & MezzanineThe 224 sq ft cockpit includes a 203-gallon transom fishbox/live well and two 103-gallon insulated in-deck fishboxes (refrigeration optional). A single centerline hatch (optional electric actuation) provides Seakeeper 35 access. The reinforced cockpit sole accepts fighting chair, rocket launcher or table installations. Three aft-facing seating areas between the lower and upper mezzanines offer visibility and comfort. The lower observation mezzanine centerline lounge has optional seat-back air-conditioning and integrated tackle cabinets. The upper mezzanine provides an L-shaped aft-facing lounge with standard seat-back air-conditioning, a teak table and a customizable cooking/refreshment hub to starboard.
Salon & GalleyThe salon contains a large U-shaped lounge to port, walnut hi-lo cocktail table, starboard home theater with surround sound and pop-up 65-inch HD TV, plus a wet bar with sink and icemaker. The galley is a wrap-around layout with engineered stone countertops, two Sub-Zero refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher, electric range with four-burner cooktop, garbage disposal and trash compactor. A raised dinette with U-shaped seating provides elevated viewing with storage below.
AccommodationsTypical owner arrangement delivers six staterooms and seven heads, including a full-beam master with his-and-hers heads, king-size bed, maple-lined walk-in closet, 65-inch HDTV credenza, vanity/desk and port lounge seat. Five guest staterooms each have private heads, plus crew quarters with direct engineroom access and a pantry with an additional crew berth. An enclosed laundry center with full-size stackable washer and dryer is provided.
Bridge Options (EB / SB / Open Bridge)The Enclosed Bridge (EB) includes a climate-controlled second salon and a raised electronics pod sized for five multi-function displays (MFDs). The Sky Bridge (SB) pairs open-air visibility with protected helm ergonomics on a raised helm platform and extensive lounge areas. The Open Bridge (Convertible) emphasizes sportfishing ergonomics with a center console, forward lounge, refrigerated drink box and flybridge storage/freezer provisions.
