Description

Topper Buoys have been approved and used by many state and local agencies and are available in either white or orange models. The Standard The standard Topper mooring buoy has an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum tripod top, and utilizes the indestructible Topper® Float. The tripod top provides an excellent radar reflector and has a blue, light reflective surface. Coast Guard Compliant The white color and blue top meet the Coast Guard requirements for mooring buoys in US waters. The boat is tied to a ring supported by the tripod. The ring is connected directly to the anchor chain. A lighted model for marking those special areas at night is available with a blinking weatherproof light, powered by a solar panel. Our heavy duty mooring buoys utilize galvanized steel and can support up to 1000 lbs of ground tackle. Most models are available from stock.
