Both boats feature the same rudder and propulsion systems; only the propeller pitch differs, depending on the pedaler's power output. Steering is controlled via a tiller held by the passenger on the right, a feature that provides exceptional maneuverability.

The operator can manually raise the propulsion unit using a lift arm to adjust for water depth, allowing the craft to navigate shallow river sections.

The pedaling position is optimized like that of a recumbent bike, offering an ideal posture for venous return from the legs to the heart and excellent back support against the seat. After an outing, the back and legs feel remarkably refreshed.

Both vessels are suitable for use on lakes, rivers, and at sea.

Every year, I participate with my children in the *Dordogne Intégrale*—a 130 km descent of the Dordogne River by kayak and paddleboard—and we compete using this type of craft.
