The Automatic self-righting system is designed for lifeboats, workboats and unmanned surface vessels (USVs). The system provides automatic, sensor-triggered inflation to restore a capsized vessel to an upright position quickly and reliably. It is engineered for rapid response in emergency capsize situations and for marine durability.
Designed for installation on aluminum boats, steel boats and FRP (fiberglass) boats.

How it works
The system uses inflatable buoyancy units placed to shift the vessel's center of buoyancy and weight on inflation, enabling righting without external assistance. On-board sensors detect capsize (activation angle >120°) and trigger immediate inflation via pre-charged CO2 cylinders; typical recovery time is around 30 seconds.
