Description

Overview
The Orlaco HMOS camera is a compact, heavy-duty, no-latency digital camera equipped with GMSL technology. It features a 1280 x 800 image sensor to deliver high-resolution, real-time video of the vehicle surroundings. The camera is intended for machinery and heavy-vehicle applications and for operation in harsh environments. The Orlaco HLED monitor is compatible for direct pairing with this camera.

GMSL (Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link)
GMSL enables digital, uncompressed HD video transfer over a high-bandwidth connection. The video signal is transmitted digitally over a coaxial cable, providing real-time, no-latency video. GMSL supports cable runs up to 21 meters with appropriate cabling.

Stand-alone system
GMSL systems are stand-alone solutions and are not intended for integration into third-party networks or HMIs. They are optimized for direct digital real-time camera applications such as reversing and blind-spot cameras. Ethernet-based systems are preferable when integration or smart functions are required.
