What it is and what it is for
Structural rotary cut okoumè marine plywood with RINA certificate (Naval Italian Register DIP 033711MI) and melamine glue lines.
It is extensively used on pleasure boats: from the internal compartmentation to floorings, furniture and superstructures.
Okoumè marine plywood main features:
superior stratification compared to imported plywood (neither gaps nor fissures between the layers)
excellent humidity and salinity resistance
high mechanical resistance despite its low weight
dimensional stability
easy to work
It is the perfect solution for the realization of every project in boatbuilding.
The panel can be made with multiple layers, if higher mechanical performances are required.
Both phenolic and melaminic glue lines used in the production are boiling water resistant, then ideal for external uses, in accordance with EN 314 Class 3 and the international standards DIN AW 100.
