A sturdy, secure platform which extends out from the side of the vessel toward the dock, partially bridging the gap between dock and the boat. A removable handrail is included and may be installed on either side of the platform. Very compact, lightweight, quick and easy to deploy. Many Sea-Stair owners also employ a Step-Across for boarding during quick stops while in transit. Safer, more-secure boarding stepping across the gap from the dock Attaches quickly and easily needed. Stows away when not in use. Can be used when the boarding gate is above, below or even with the dock Lightweight annodized aluminum construction. Uses our standard mounting systems. PRODUCT OPTIONS Width Standard widths are 19" or 24" wide, which is the width of the mounting ears and the step surface itself. Other 19" wide MarQuipt boarding equipment will fit the same 19" wide hullside mounting bracket setup. Likewise, Other 24" wide MarQuipt boarding equipment will fit the same 24" wide hullside mounting bracket setup. Mounting bracket style Pin-mount or Flush-mount style hull-side mounting brackets. Fixed or removable brackets. Annodized aluminum or high-polished stainless-steel construction. Walking surface Non-skid tape in your choice of grey, white, or black. Marinedeck cork composite decking. Teak decking. Hull-Standoff The hull-standoff presses against the hull below the attachment brackets to support the platform. Standard standoff depth places the center of the two rubber-tipped support arms approximatley 7-1/2" below the holes throught the mounting brackets. We can modify this to accommodate large rubrails or other hull-features.
