The mooring buoys of the Guia range use the most robust technology for the manufacture of buoys. Its central structure is made of galvanized steel and the hull, resistant to impacts, is made of foam and covered with elastomer; specifically, the one-piece hull is made of closed cell polyethylene wrapped with a layer of pigmented polyurethane elastomer that ensures its buoyancy, even if it breaks or cracks. The central metal structure that transmits the loads is designed for a proof load of 75 tons and has several options of mooring cleats. The design of the buoy can be adapted to the customer's needs. They are not prepared to receive quick release hooks.
