Multiaxials, known as Non-Crimp fabrics are made by one or more layers of long structural fibers oriented along the preferred direction, held in place by a secondary non-structural stitching thread, fleece, or binder. Quadriaxial fabric is one in which long, structural fibers is oriented in four directions, held in place by a secondary non-structural stitching thread.
