Another option for those who want to protect the cockpit during the winter is to have a copy of your Cockpit Tent and sprayhood, but in PVC. The solution looks exactly the same as your Cockpit Tent and sprayhood, but without windows and in PVC material. Buttons and brackets fit exactly on the same fittings as your canopy. Please note that this option is only possible if your other canopies are from Kapell & Annat. Upgrade to Stamoid! Classic PVC canvas that these are normally made in is a very durable canvas that is 100% waterproof. PVC has low sensitivity to UV. The solution can also be made in Stamoid as an option! Stamoid is a lightweight PVC that is completely waterproof and weighs less than regular PVC plastic, making it much easier to handle.
