Description

Barena Harvester is a machine designed for harvesting materials such as weeds and hyacinths that obstruct the passage of water in lakes, rivers and canals. Additionally, the harvester can be used as a skimmer for the harvesting of floating rubbish such as plastic and glass bottles, pieces of wood, cans and other materials. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS Hull of catamaran type with a collecting belt and a second belt for stocking Maximum rationalization of downtime thanks to a special system that allows the Barena to work continuously without quitting for unloading the collected material Special patented collection system Highly stocking capacity Able of working in water and low bottoms Lifetime technical support from the company Spare parts constantly available from stock HOW IT WORKS The Barena harvester works in conjunction with two or more tender vessels that enter the Barena hull, load all the collected material and take it to the discharge point. Specifically, the Barena harvests the floating material which is subsequently moved on a conveyor which brings the collected material on a loading vessel. Once loaded, the vessel exits the Barena and an empty tender vessel enters below the stocking belt and repeats the stocking procedure. The collected material can be discharged in the appointed collecting point through unloading conveyors.
