Our range of Side Thrusters are fitted with the standard Hydromaster gearboxes. Using a large reduction allows for relatively large propeller diameters, producing more thrust at a lower input power. Tunnel Thrusters are standard fitted with a stainless steel wear ring in a steel or aluminium tunnel. Electric Driven Complete with AC variable speed drive and vertical or horizontal electric induction or permanent magnet motor. Hydraulic Driven Fitted with a hydraulic motor, available as a complete package c/w pump-motor or engine combination & tank unit. Engine-driven L drive or Z drive configuration connected with a Cardan shaft to a diesel engine fitted with a reversible gearbox. Swing-type Side Thruster Swing-type Thruster driven by a horizontal electric motor or diesel engine fitted with a reversible gearbox.
