Veneered panels are at the heart of Filippi 1971's production. They are created by combining selected substrates with technological films to ensure high performance and customized solutions. - Veneers in (HPL/CPL laminates, VittEr, real wood veneers, melamine paper) - Veneers in (CPL, Alkorcell, Finish papers, PET, PVC) Applications: Structural parts, furniture elements, cladding panels, walls for floors and ceilings. The presence of digital printing facilities allows for extreme customization of panel surfaces of all kinds. We can cover panels with images, reproductions of decors no longer available on the market, and reproductions of surfaces of different materials, such as marble with special veins or rare wood essences. Multiple finishes, no minimum quantity required. Substrates used: We use substrates selected based on technical and functional requirements such as lightweight plywood, chipboard (also 100% poplar), HDF, MDF, and such as vermiculite and calcium silicate. Types of gluing: We use specific glues for each adhesion and durability requirement: Vinyl (D3/D4), melamine, polyurethane. Technologies and production lines: - Veneering line with HPL: Coating panels with HPL, including those produced internally by digital printing, to achieve durable, aesthetic, and highly customizable surfaces. - Calendering lines: Finishing substrates with roll materials such as decorative papers, Alkorcell®, CPL, light finishes (finish foil), and plastic sheets (PVC, PP, acrylic, etc.), for versatile and high-performance coatings. - Melamine pressing line: Melamine coating on different types of substrates through high-capacity hot pressing to ensure homogeneous, resistant, and superior quality surfaces.
