Description

Equipment for coil handling with reach stackers The ELME Coil Hook 719RS is an equipment for handling of steel coils weighing up to 45 tonnes. Coil Hook 719RS is designed for mounting on reach stackers. The C-hook is designed for handling coils from 15 to 45 tonnes. The coil hook is custom designed per application and thus available in a wide range of capacities, coil sizes, and design styles. Coil Hook 719RS is designed with an extraction possibility of 1 600 mm, of which the first 1 000 mm can be done under load (with the coil hanging in the C-hook). This enables micro motion for precise placement of the coil. With powered damping system as standard, it is possible to keep the C-hook levelled at all times, even with a coil loaded. Extraction (side shift) is executed by one hydraulic cylinder. Rotation is driven by a slewing ring with double transmission motors and brakes for holding. Coil Hook 719RS is equipped with a CAN bus control system, with the J1939 protocol. Lifting capacity (SWL) - 15-45 tonnes Type of interface - Reach stacker Type of lifting system - C-hook for coil handling Weight - Approx. 6 100 kg (depending on capacity and coil size) Rotation 195° CW/105° CCW - <42 sec.* between endpoints Side shift (extraction) - 1 600 mm Side shift with load - 1 000 mm Hydraulic, operating pressure - 140 bar Hydraulic, flow - 60 L /min Electric, control voltage - 24 VDC Colour - Black grey RAL 7021 Paint thickness - 150 μ
