Description: PP-polypropylene honeycomb core has a unique cell structure. The core has 3 orientations versus the 2 orientations that are common with other honeycomb, making the properties more uniform. Each cell has a tubular shape and is inherently stable. PP polypropylene honeycomb is supplied with or without a polyester veil for better adhesion. It is also supplied with or without a film barrier under the polyester veil to limit the amount of resin used. PP Honicell sandwich panels covered with bending plywood or plywood with HPL or varnish film as a finishing touch.
