REFLECTA/1/EC is a fully-fledged reflective compass system with built-in Type/11 bearing compass. Compared to the T12 compass, the Type/11 compass included is an A-class compass for worldwide cruising, it is not specially designed to withstand shock and vibration like the T12 speedboat compass. The standard rose height is 1200 mm above deck level. A Flinder's pole can be fitted. The optical transmission equipped with lenses enables the course reading at the helm. A deflector can also be used to achieve a horizontal offset. The compensations: B+C and K are built into the compass stand. D spheres ensure a width-resistant compensation compensation of the volatile field. This system is therefore suitable for worldwide travel and REFLECTA/1 (without EK coils) has MED approval.
