Built-in device With REFLECTA/1, 2 and 3 MED approved Description In combination with the REFLECTA/1, 2 and 3 the NETcourse is MED approved. Various digital NMEA display devices can be connected to the NETcourse unit. A dimmable two-digit digital display allows easy menu selection. The data transfer rate can be set to 1, 10 or 30 times per second. The digital data exchange is in accordance with IEC 61162-1 (NMEA 183A). Furthermore, the device is EMC fixed according to IEC 60945. The output signal can be specified differently. In addition to an automatic check to prevent the azimuth sensor from dropping out as well as magnetic interference fields, a course-to-course transmission error correction routine is also performed. In case of failure of main or emergency voltage, an alarm sounds and an automatic switch-over from main to emergency voltage takes place.
