Overview
Seawater desalination system for fresh drinking water on board with a smart split-design. All-in-one watermaker series offering a balance between freshwater output and onboard power requirements. Separation of the 230V AC high-pressure pump and the 12V DC feed pump enables easier integration with 12V inverter-based power systems.

Series description
The AQUAbibe NAVA PURE series comprises modular reverse osmosis systems designed for reliable onboard desalination. The split-design (230V AC high-pressure pump + 12V DC feed pump) provides optimal electrical load distribution and simplifies integration with 12V systems using appropriately sized inverters. The series uses widely available standard components for global serviceability, making it suitable for extended offshore cruising.

• High-pressure pump with 230V AC electric motor
• 12V DC diaphragm feed pump rated for continuous-duty operation
• Pre-assembled three-way valve for flushing
• Control panel with 12V DC control voltage, one pressure gauge, tank/second outlet switching and pressure regulating valve
• Mobile electrical box for control electronics (two switching relays)
• Pre-assembled pressure vessels for RO membranes (1–3 membranes depending on model)
• Original FilmTec SW30-2540 membranes for NAVA PURE models
• Original FilmTec SW30-2521 membranes for NAVA PURE COMPACT models
• Pre-assembled pre-filter unit (20 µm and 5 µm pre-filters)
• Activated carbon filter including housing
• High-pressure hoses (2 m and 2.5 m lengths)
• Installation materials (hydraulic fittings, hoses for seawater/brine/freshwater, pre-filters, etc.)

Freshwater output can vary up to ±10% depending on seawater salinity and temperature. Energy consumption depends on operating pressure and may vary by up to ±10%; guideline values depend on generator/inverter capacity. Starting current is approximately five times the operating current.
