Dive support boat ALN 125 ‘Balvenie’

This unusual version of the popular Wave Ranger class from Alnmaritec is designed as an offshore dive support boat. She is fitted with a single point lift to be davit launched from a mother ship and she is categorised to MCA cat 2 to allow her to operate well offshore. She has a small cuddy forward together with a well deck area for cargo and a shelter aft to seat up to four passengers plus two crew. She is fitted with a ‘PopSure ‘ fender system to provide maximum protection and she is built for working in what will be a very tough environment.
