This distinctive design of wind farm service vessel incorporates a range of novel features. The low resistance hull form provides a stable platform with superb sea keeping properties and she can carry a payload of 15 tonnes including either 20ft or 10 ft containers. She has a resiliently mounted upper wheelhouse containing passenger seating and she has crew berths in the lower wheelhouse. She also has a unique modular system within the lower wheelhouse which houses fully serviced accommodation ‘pods’ that can be easily changed out using the boats crane and can be outfitted to contain additional seating, extra berths, survey stations, dive support services, changing rooms, medical facilities, workshops etc. – two of these pods can be carried at any time giving her exceptional versatility and making her a truly multifunctional vessel.
