Product overview The 3M™ Accuspray™ ONE Spray Gun for 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 integrates a lightweight composite gun body with the PPS™ Series 2.0 disposable spray cup system to simplify material handling and cleanup. Replaceable atomizing heads provide quick restoration of nozzle performance without replacing the entire gun.

Replaceable atomizing heads Atomizing heads deliver appropriate atomization for a wide range of fluids and coatings. Sizes and typical uses: 2.0 mm (red) for high-viscosity or heavy-duty fluids (gel coats, adhesives, undercoats, industrial coatings); 1.8 mm (clear) for higher-viscosity primers; 1.4 mm (orange), 1.3 mm (green) and 1.2 mm (blue) recommended for sealers, basecoats and topcoats. Heads are transparent and can be reused multiple times (typically 5–10 uses) before replacement; color coding is printed on each head. Follow paint manufacturer recommendations for tip selection.
