Description
Island Packers, came back to All American Marine for their third (sister ship) Teknicraft hydrofoil-assisted catamaran. The aluminum hull measures 64 10 x 25 and features the Teknicraft Design signature hull shape with symmetrical bow, asymmetrical tunnel, and integrated wave piercer. The vessel is currently under construction with delivery set for the coming spring. Like her sisters, the catamaran will maintain a COI for 149 passengers on 2 decks with a 3 man crew. Cummins QSK 19, tier II engines, rated 2100 bhp @ 2100 rpm will provide a 23 knot cruise speed for the craft. Other amenities include a concession kiosk, comfortable Beurteaux seating, and 2 heads. At the transom, the ferry features a custom designed kayak stowage rack. New for the third craft is a re-configurable aft main deck that offers flexibility for hauling cargo, trash dumpsters, or even additional passenger seats.
