The Ocean 50 Super Sport
She behaves as if she preferred rough seas and gray days. As if a head sea, rain, and squall are elements whose taming is her ultimate pleasure. Her secret is an all-weather hull like no other planing hull in the industry. She tracks like a hunter. She is broad and stable. If your satisfaction is a contest of will with a blue marlin, this Ocean is made for you.

Premier boat builders have a respect for time and the deliberate evolution of their product. The result of nearly 40 years' refinement of Convertible design and manufacture is the debut of the T-Series. Like the professional angler, we have worked to perfect our techniques in order to become the best value in a sportfishing boat.
The Silverton 50T-Series features as standard equipment an in-transom baitwell, all-aluminum bow and grab rail system, and Pompanette ladderback helm chairs. Optional equipment includes a center-rigger, outriggers, a teak cockpit, recessed teaser box, and a full-sized fighting chair or leaning post.
Twin MTU Series 60 (825 HP) diesels have been selected for the 50T-Series, with a renowned Donald Blount-designed hull to respond to your command. Peter Wright of Marlin Magazine said that "The 50T...was the most agile boat in simulated fish-fighting situations I have tested in quite a while."

50 SportYacht is a fast gun for the battlefront
The new Egg Harbor's 50 SportYacht promises the competition a serious run for the money. Built on the next generation of classic hull design, the tournament-ready 50's raised sheer line and generous freeboard provide an extremely soft, dry ride while delivering unparalleled performance.
Power options include twin Caterpillars C-12 (700HP each), Series 60 (825 HP each) or Caterpillars C-18 (1000HP each) high performance engines. Egg Harbor's advanced technology; engineering and design produced the lightweight, composite construction that offers one of the longest ranges of any 50-foot sportfishing yacht in the world.
The 50's roomy flybridge, a key distinguishing SportYacht characteristic, rivals those found on much larger yachts. She is an example of design integrity maximizing function. Fore and aft overhangs expand the useable space up top while streamlining the overall profile. The largest in its class, the cantilevered bridge shelters the cockpit while a starboard opening offers safer, easier topside access. The amidships helm provides excellent visibility in all directions.

54 Super Sport Overview
For some, the surrender to an elemental life of immense azure skies and depthless seas is reason enough. For others, it is a contest of will and heart with a solitary marlin. There are some who need no other reason to own one of the world's most celebrated yachts than to steer her over an inland passage in search of the farthest reaches of experience. The Ocean 54 Super Sport combines the production efficiencies that have made Oceans famous for value with many amenities found on our larger yachts. And an advanced planing hull that reimagines seaworthiness for a new generation of boaters.

Hatteras Yachts introduces its vision for the future of sportfishing – the 54 Convertible. Fish the canyons in 15-footers, cruise the shallow shoals of the Islands, or relax in comfort with the family at the dock – all with the new Hatteras 54. Who says every boat has to be a compromise?
Sleek exterior styling features a rakish sheer line and flared bow. But the 54’s beautiful new looks also herald a hull design that is truly revolutionary – designed specifically to deliver a smooth ride and excellent handling while operating at high speed. The convexity in the hull bottom helps make this hull immensely strong. The slight outward curvature (viewed from keel to chine) reduces impact accelerations and contributes to an incredibly smooth head-sea ride.

The Ocean 58 Super Sport
The 58 SS stands at the intersection of the latest trends in naval architecture and engineering, some of which have been pioneered in Ocean's recent models. She has a sheltered cockpit mezzanine, for example, introduced on our 73 Super Sport and, later, adapted for our 54 Super Sport. It oversees the sportfishing drama, or cockpit "play." Up on the impressive flybridge, a center-console helm creates a fluid space, which also characterizes the main-cabin layout, where salon, galley, and dinette areas are integrated.

The Ocean 57 Odyssey
We call her the beginning of an entirely new yacht classification. The boating press agreed. We declared that she would be the epitome of comfortable offshore living - a yacht whose beam, stability, seaworthiness, extraordinary amenities, and thorough-going comfort would change people's attitudes toward long-range cruising. It did. We claimed that, while she was not a sportfisherman, the 65 Odyssey had the diesel speed and agile performance of a Super Sport. Her new owners confirmed it. And we promised that the 65 Odyssey was just the beginning. We've kept our word.

Day Money was the first of three 80ft sports Palm Beach style sport fishing vessels contracted for Garlington Landeweer of Stuart, Florida. She is an open-bridge Sportfish, specially catering for game fishing and diving.
Launched in 1999, Day Money gained a 2nd place finish in the International Superyacht Design awards for the 'Best Power 23m-32m' class even though no interior photos were shown (owner's request).
This placing gives great credit to both design, construction and finish of this 80ft sportfish vessel.
