UNEX™ BH consists of a large furnace welded to horizontal, plain type convection tubes. The low-alloyed plate material is durable against cracking, and it is easy to weld.
The UNEX™ BH boilers have fully water-cooled furnaces and are constructed without refractory.
Adequate furnace dimensioning guarantees proper combustion, moderate loading and low material stresses. With an efficiency level of approx. 85%, the UNEX™ BH has an economical operation and offers savings in fuel costs.
UNEX™ BH boilers are easy to clean by manual utensils.
UNEX™ BH can operate as a steam drum for exhaust gas economizers. If the economizer capacity is high, the size of the boiler will be increased accordingly.

The MISSION™ OS is supplied as a standard, preassembled boiler unit. High performance is ensured by the use of the optimally designed pin-tube elements.
These elements are also used for support of the top plates of the furnace and boiler. The inclined mounting of the burner provides good combustion with all grades.

The UNEX™ CHB boiler consists of a large furnace welded to vertical, plain-type convection tubes. The low-alloyed plate material is durable against cracking, and it is easy to weld.
CHB boilers with a steam capacity of up to 5 t/h have fully water-cooled furnaces. They are constructed without refractory.
The furnaces of boilers with larger capacities are welded using gas-tight membrane water tubes connected to the dome-shaped top of the furnace.
Adequate furnace dimensioning guarantees good combustion, moderate loading and low material stresses. With an efficiency level of approx. 85%, the CHB has an economical operation and offers savings in fuel costs.
Due to the standard built-in water washing device, the UNEX™ CHB boiler is easy to clean.
UNEX™ CHB can operate as a steam drum for an exhaust gas economizer. If the economizer capacity is high, the height of the boiler will be increased accordingly.

MISSION™ OM is a high performance medium capacity oil-fired auxiliary boiler with a capacity range from 8 to 45 t/h. MISSION™ OM is a vertical cylindrical boiler constructed from standard modules. The boiler is delivered as a pre-assembled unit, minimising installation and maintenance time.
The MISSION™ OM is easy to ventilate, and 100% visual inspection of membrane walls can be undertaken.
The steam generated is very dry as the smoke tubes pass through the furnace thus overheating the steam.

MISSION™ OL is a high performance, large capacity oil-fired marine boiler with a steam capacity range from 12.5 to 55 t/h. MISSION™ OL is a vertical top-fired two-drum boiler constructed from standard modules.
The boiler is delivered as a preassembled unit with an integrated steam atomizing burner and control system.

The AQ-10/12W boiler is our AQ-12 water tube boiler type provided with an enlarged combustion chamber, a burner of the rotary cup type, and a stationary automatic soot blower. It can also be equipped with a pressure atomizing burner in connection with a waste oil lance. This type of boiler is capable of producing saturated steam and burns diesel oil, fuel oil and sludge oil.
The AQ-10/12W produces saturated steam by burning diesel oil, fuel oil or sludge oil. The burner can be supplemented with a waste oil lance.

producing steam power from 120 up to 8000 Kg/h, you can find the most suitable for your needs or realize high power plants with several units working simultaneously. GMT e GMT/V generators are forced circulation steam boilers based on the La Mont principIe, according to which water, forced by one or several pumps, circulates through pipes forming the heated surface. This surface is divided into three sections. The first one forms the economizer which takes care of the water preheating until it reaches the evaporation temperature. The second one is the vaporizer where the water is transformed
into steam. The third is the steam dryer, which dryes the water drops still floating.

Controlled circulation, water tube boilers suitable for the production of hot water, and three gas passes. They are realized both in vertical and horizontal version. They have elevated efficiencies (>91%) and are tested for pressures

GWT marine steam boilers are of vertical water tube linear type, ideal for the use in difficult situation and in medium/high capacity range, where liability assumes the most important rule.
The GWT Steam boiler distinguish itself with the following advantages: high efficiency (min. 85%, up to 89%), due to the perfect and complete use of the high heated surface of the effective three smoke passes. Minimum use of refractory and insulating concrete. Liability, due to the low thermal load. Easy maintenance, with two steam soot blowers allowing to clean and control the pipes on smoke side in short time, without dismounting any other parts of the boiler.
