Following extensive research and development, we we are proud to introduce the Velocity fin, designed with unique Power Enhancing Vents (PEV's). The PEV's do just that... enhance the power of the fin.
Here's how:
During the fin stroke, water flow is directed through the PEV's. This helps reduce the stress on the divers leg while accelerating water over the blade; resulting in increased velocity. Water movement through the PEV's reduce lateral movement of the fin (wasted energy), increasing the efficiency of the kick.

The fin is made with a skilful combination of a strong copolymer and a soft elastomer, the latter used for the foot pocket, for the side stringers and for some inserts.
The blade originates from the upper part of the foot pocket, with a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to a traditional fin of the same length.
The foot pocket is computer designed and offers great comfort; it guarantees excellent transmission of the leg-fin thrust. The Frog is heavier than the more recently designed equivalent Cressi models. It is this feature that makes it agreeable to whoever uses very thick suits or watertight suits. This is a futuristic fin, deriving from the Cressi deep sea skin-diving models, which introduces the use of more reactive materials also in the full foot fin sector of normal length.
In fact, the blade is not made from copolymer but from exceptionally light and reactive polypropylene.
This material is combined with a comfortable thermo-rubber (elastomer), used for the foot, for the side stringers and for various inserts.
The blade originates from the upper part of the foot pocket, with a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to a traditional fin of the same length.
The side stringers extend for a good way along the blade, continuing in a protective seal around the whole edge of the blade.
Two stabilising flaps on the end of the blade, on the sole of the foot, guarantee excellent direction of the fin during kicking.

Developed around the LAYERING technology that combines rubber and a plastic support, these fins are covered by the most recent patents and studies carried out on TECHNISUB fins - spring effect, flow channelling, foot piece with rigid material rib, rotating adjustable buckles that can be unlocked quickly, and pre-deformed elements.
