Bellamer Ltd was founded in Finland in 1991!
During the 30 years of the company's existence, numerous projects have been implemented, such as the construction of ports for small boats and the production of sailing and motor yachts.
The company has it’s own production facilities in Finland and Lithuania.
To date, the company owns the technology of vacuum molding of fiberglass products, rotoforming on its own equipment,
technology of welded aluminum structures for marine use.
All manufactured products are tested at our own marinas and charter fleet.
The company owns a yacht club near central Helsinki, and a charter fleet of 10 houseboats in 3 locations on one of the largest lakes in Finland.

The company manufactures both self-propelled houseboats and stationary summer cottages on the water.

Together with a French hotel operator, stationary floating houses of 2 standard sizes were designed and manufactured for a rental business in 6 different locations.
The volume of production is 150 units within 3 years for this client.

The main deliveries of moving houseboats are made to such countries as France, Finland, Norway, Germany, Holland, Latvia, Lithuania.
For projects in the Persian Gulf, separate models have been developed in order to adap to the conditions of the climate in the region.

At the request of the customer, layouts can be specifically adapted to the needs of the customer.

Floating non-self-propelled houses can be installed on floats made of concrete or HDPE.
The walls are made of plastic sandwich panels with a high density polyurethane thermal insulation.
The frame construction is made of marine-grade aluminium.

The houses are equipped with solar panels, and gray water treatment systems.
If there is water, electricity and sewerage in the port, houseboats can directly connect to the systems.

NordicSeason houseboats are built by using modular technology by producing elements in our own purpose build factories.
We produce all major parts such as all welded aluminium frame, roto-molded HDPE floats, sandwich panels with proper insulation in-house. Our houseboats are designed for longevity, practicality, low maintenance requirements and great sailing properties in mind.
We use best of materials and components available on the market to meet high customer expectations.
We use sophisticated 3-level quality control on each stage of production, to ensure an uncompromised quality of our houseboats.
Our usage of indoor materials are based on scientifically proven non-allergic materials.
We use different materials for outdoor gladding, such as Termo Wood, Wood composite and PVC.
All window are double glass-windows for year around usage.
Houseboat energy solution is designed for maximum autonomy, with usage of solar energy panels on the roof and led lighting.
Heating and hot water solutions used are an LPG heating system for sailing houseboats and Electric for harbour houseboats.
Kitchen can be built in house or one can be bought from IKEA.
