Since 1920, DEPAGNE has been manufacturing low voltage electricity distribution equipment in Isère (France). Quality certified by AFAQ / ISO 9001 version 2015.

The company has become the European leader on the port pedestal market. It has also been a reference for over 40 years on the French street lighting and lighting pole connections market. DEPAGNE integrated safety and the environment into its quality system several years ago through QSE management.

In 2020, DEPAGNE employs 150 people across 3 sites. DEPAGNE is very active on the international stage, with a particularly strong presence in Africa for over 30 years.

Our R&D department is a driving force for innovation, with the dual role of coming up with the applications of tomorrow and products satisfying the specific needs of our customers. Thanks to our test laboratories, the department guarantees that our products comply with the current standards and certification requirements.

Our sales department assists our customers in defining their specifications and needs. Our fifteen sales representatives criss-cross the country building a partnership based on proximity.

Specialists in the manufacture of metering and safety boxes, DEPAGNE can today offer African energy companies a vast range of boxes for electronic and prepayment meters in line with each of their specifications.

Thanks to our flexibility, DEPAGNE also conducts personalised studies to provide the best possible solution for our customers’ specifications.
Our R&D department has a design office equipped with efficient CAD tools. Our teams design, produce and ensure assembly, wiring, fitting and integration of mass-productions in accordance with quality insurance requirements.

Our industrial tool and the flexibility of its organisation enable us to supply products to order within a very short time frame and deliver them all over the world, from single items through to large series.
