The shipbuilding company ARCTIC-BORT produces boats from the innovative HDPE material (Low Pressure Polyethylene).

Arctic Bort are made in various sizes: from 3.0 to 15 m. We can also consider development of an individual project by the design department of ARCTIC-BORT.

The material used by our company is special - it has passed all tests both in research centers and in the harsh northern regions. It contains exclusive components, thanks to which our HDPE is ultra-strong, durable and, most importantly, 100% safe!

Due to these advantages, ARCTIC-BORT boats can be used in wintertime and are ice-resistant, you can not be afraid to hit stones in shallow water, because such obstacles cause no damage to our HDPE boats.

In addition, HDPE has a smooth surface - this significantly reduces fuel consumption. The material is not exposed to corrosion, it does not sink because it's lighter than water, and its life span is up to 100 years!

We manufacture boats from Low Pressure Polyethylene (HDPE) according to Norwegian technology. Advantages over competitors:

Today our boats are used by fishermen, ports and governmental agencies. At the moment, at the ARCTIC-BORT enterprise, boats are manufactured according to the State order.

Since 2015, we have been introducing innovations in small shipbuilding.

During this time, our specialists have developed and implemented several new, in many ways revolutionary technologies in the field of small-sized shipbuilding from HDPE material.

In the production of ships, we take into account the pressing problems of operating a small fleet.

In general, the biggest problems in small shipbuilding are considered to be:

- low strength of the shell at low temperatures;

-permanent repair of cylinders on RB models;

- the complexity of operation in the harsh northern latitudes, as well as a number of other unpleasant moments.

Arctic-Bort has been successfully solving these problems for many years.

Own design department, streamlined production process and modern equipment allow us to build and deliver about 50 boats per year. With a customer-centric approach, the company creates a small size fleet that is an effective tool in the commercial activities of customers and proof that modern shipbuilding is an excellent replacement for similar vessels made from other less durable materials such as aluminum or fiberglass.

Arctic-Bord manufactures special-purpose HDPE motor boats for various government agencies around the world, as well as for fishing and fish-breeding enterprises, which include vessels equipped with specialized equipment for coastal fishing, aquaculture, including pontoon, surface and underwater, fish farms, technologies for growing fish in fresh and sea water.

The shipbuilding company "Arсtiс-Bort" complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

We produce motor boats from HDPE in accordance with the requirements of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels, the Maritime Register of Shipping, the River Register and the EU at the request of the customer.
