Overview
Wight Shipyard Co developed the Solent RIB WAR8m from a Guy Whitehouse design with input from experienced commercial and leisure operators. Powered by a 300hp Mercury V8 Fourstroke outboard, the WAR8m achieved 48 knots during sea trials in varied and challenging conditions. The 8 m hull and deck layout are configured for mixed commercial and leisure use.
