There’s nothing else on the market that comes close to the wallypower165. Its genesis is a story in its own right, uniting for the first time ever the stellar team of Wally founder Luca Bassani and the world’s most in-demand superyacht designer, Espen Øino. Naturally the result is a mould-breaking yacht – a mid-range Mediterranean cruiser that has created an entirely new category. Fast, effortlessly cool and unapologetically contemporary, the wallypower165 features Wally’s typical clean, uncluttered lines, open decks and angular styling. As ever, form follows function, so the wave piercing bow and naval architecture are all conceived for stable, comfortable cruising with no rolling or slamming. We have enhanced the boat’s large 500GT volume with fold-down balconies in the owner’s suite forward and on either side of the main saloon, as well as with Wally’s signature aft wings, which double the beach club area. Emphasis is on blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living, with smart spaces that serve multiple functions. Glass bulwarks are used wherever possible, and exterior doors that fully open. The vast sundeck is a case in point, with the ability to offer sun or shade for a variety of activities, from the bar to the sunpads. The large pool on the main deck has a glass wall and there is exceptional entertaining space below it in the beach club. Radical and modern, the wallypower165 once again shows that Wally is 20 years ahead.
