Product description
Our TLX 3D Flexline Series absorbs small measurement differences and follows curves, climbs and twists in one continuous run. It is designed for installations where the channel length on drawings differs slightly from the installed channel, eliminating cutting and on-site joint work.

Stretches to fit
Each metre stretches by up to 1 cm to absorb minor discrepancies between drawing and channel. No cutting is required and the factory seal remains intact, enabling a continuous finish where conventional flexlines leave visible gaps at joints.

Bends in three dimensions
The flexline bends horizontally, vertically and also twists. Short PCB segments connected by flexible wiring move with the bend to distribute stress. In contrast, a conventional continuous PCB bends in a single plane and accumulates stress when forced beyond that plane.

Result
The result is a flexline that follows the design geometry in a single continuous run, reducing installation adjustments and finishing work.
