Overview
TWH is a compact control module designed for administrators of cabins and holiday apartments and for guests. It centralizes access, metering, climate management and alarm monitoring in a single unit that can integrate with booking systems for automated billing and scheduled pre‑heating.

Access and billing
Administrators can assign access rights for the reserved period. TWH measures electricity and water consumption and supports integration with booking systems so consumption charges are automatically added to the guest invoice at check‑out.

Climate control
Optional climate control provides maintenance heating to prevent moisture and frost damage. The system can be scheduled to raise the temperature shortly before guest arrival to improve comfort while minimising overall energy use.

Alarm functions
Alarm features reduce the risk of property damage:

• Low temperature or high humidity alerts to avoid mold and damage to installations
• Water leak detection based on continuous uniform consumption
• Power cut detection via fuse/HPFI relay to prevent consequential damage
