Overview
The Rig-Sense Pro is a handheld rig tension gauge for professional marine rigging applications. It delivers accurate, verifiable load measurement for both wire and rod rigging and is suitable for installation, commissioning and ongoing checks of masts and standing rigging.

Operation

• Navigate the menu using the touchscreen and buttons
• Select cable type and diameter from the "CABLE" menu
• Slide the deflector to the indicated A–I position
• Gently clamp the Rig-Sense Pro onto the cable/rod and ensure the handle lock engages to start reading tension
• Use Gauge Check mode with the supplied Check Tool to verify correct operation
• Adjust settings: units, warning limit, brightness, screen timeout and touchscreen sensitivity

Load-Sense App
The Load-Sense App is a mobile companion for iOS and Android. It connects wirelessly to one or more Rig-Sense Pro devices to view measurements in real time, record data, set alarms and export results for logging and report writing.

Calibration library
A calibration library for common rod and cable types is available to assist accurate measurement and reporting; device registration permits firmware and library updates.
