2-3NM Solar Marine Lantern (SL-60) The SL-60 model is a popular solar marine lantern with a visible range of 2-3NM. The SL-60 is designed to be maintenance-free, installed in minutes, and has a service life of over 12 years. The lantern is suitable for short-range applications in a number of industries including; aquaculture, marinas, waterside construction, and ports and harbours. Optional GPS synchronisation allows two or more units set to the same flash character to flash in unison, improving visual recognition of boundaries or marine channels. Optional GPS Synchronisation The SL-60 is available with optional GPS Synchronisation. Two (2) or more lights can be synchronised to flash in unison via an internal GPS module. When lanterns flash in synchronisation they can be clearly distinguished from other navaids and confusing background lighting – ideal for rivers, marina entrances, channel marking and aquaculture.
