The choice of size was defined based on the desire to give the Envy 1400 Scanner a cabin that could accommodate two pairs of friends for multi-day cruises. Thus the double bow bed is doubled from the one in the center of the boat, leaving room for a dinette and above all for a well-sized separate toilet room. But a 14-meter raft also responds to a specific market demand, which in the maxiribs seems to favor this dimension. Thus, in dealing with the design of the new Envy 1400 Scanner, Montemitro Design has on the one hand respected the "Scanner style" which he himself designed, therefore with an important presence of fiberglass on the whole circumference of the cockpit, even if in the area of bow the two tubulars are more visible than in 1100. A lot of attention was also paid to the liveability on deck: the aft solarium on the engine room includes a passage of teak in the center, the dinette amidships, served by the complete kitchen cabinet, is equipped with of two retractable tables. The driving position is planned for three people, while a second large sundeck is located at the bow above the cabin volume.
