Ellipse-D is a compact Inertial Navigation System with integrated dual-antenna RTK GNSS receiver for accurate Heading and Navigation. It provides Roll, Pitch, Heading, Heave, and Navigation data. Ellipse-D includes a MEMS-based Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and runs an enhanced Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) which fuses inertial and GNSS data. Odometer and RTK corrections can be used as aiding inputs to further enhance the navigation solution. Performance: 0.05° Roll and Pitch over 360°(RTK) 0.2° Heading (Dual Antenna RTK GNSS) 5 cm Real-time Heave, adjusted to the wave period 1 cm RTK GNSS Position / Post-processing Position (option) Key Features: Very Low Noise Gyroscopes L1/L2 GNSS Receiver Differential Corrections Post-processing Connection to Odometer 200 Hz Output Rate Accuracy and features are available in the IP68 box enclosure, or in the PCB-mounted 17-gram OEM version. - Dual-antenna GNSS Receiver for Accurate Position and Heading Ellipse-D has been designed to offer a compact and cost-effective solution when accurate heading is required. The dual antenna heading overcomes typical magnetic calibration issues and allows the Ellipse-D to be used in applications where the magnetic field is not reliable and in low-dynamic applications. Perfectly Suited to Marine Applications: Providing accurate and robust magnetic-free heading solution as well as navigation and auto-adjusting heave in a compact IP 68 enclosure, the Ellipse-D is definitely the best miniature inertial sensor for Motion Monitoring, wave measurement, and onboard equipment (camera, antennas, etc.) stabilization and orientation.
