We write new landmarks R8 was designed to redefine the schemes and standards of its class. All the key concepts that made its big brother R9 so successful have been taken up and further improved, resulting in a boat that in just 8 metres offers its owner a liveability, stowage capacity and comfort that is certainly comparable to a much larger boat. The boat model was made entirely by CNC milling, allowing for superior construction and assembly quality. The aft bathing platform is upholstered in teak (as standard) and is equipped with a convenient step ladder with four retractable steps. Inside the swim platform step are two 'wet' lockers for stowing ropes and equipment. A new project The central console echoes the family's style and can accommodate a toilet room with a surprising useful height inside. The modern, sporty standup has a large storage compartment that can be accessed from the side and is equipped with a steel sink and a built-in folding table; the equipment can be enhanced with a cooker and refrigerator. Quality details Attention to detail and obsessive care in optimising space on board make the R8 a jewel of the yard's production. The retractable awning, when open, provides an enormous shaded area from the stern to the console. The instrument panel has been designed to combine an attractive design with immediate readability of all parameters. In the stern part there is a large sundeck below which there are two side lockers with removable tubs and a central locker. By folding down part of the cushions, it is also possible to obtain a small backrest.
