Description

The WasteShark is modelled after the Planet Earth’s biggest fish, the Whale Shark. The WasteShark is an autonomous surface vessels (ASV’s) designed to be efficient, long-lived, non-threatening and unobtrusive. With zero greenhouse emissions, our ASV’s are intelligent CleanTech tools used for cleaning our waters. As such, the all-purpose waste and data collection ASV can be used in urban, rural, industrial and leisure environments. WasteShark in action Our drone is designed to be deployed with preset mission routes on your chosen waterbody. By selecting the WasteShark’s operating route and predetermining its path you are able to ensure that you cover the region you require waste or data collection. This can either be over grid pattern or your specific chosen route. Moreover, these routes can be saved and re-run as often as the user feels is needed. In addition, the WasteShark uses GPS routes to navigate to the desired areas and to return home.The LiDAR can optionally be added to the device to increase both safety (collision avoidance) and enhanced data captured from the environment.
