Modular floating dock module

Overview Quikdok is a load-bearing modular floating platform system engineered for industrial, marine and leisure use. Individual modules connect into scalable configurations for pontoons, floating work platforms, event stages and temporary access solutions. Developed with industrial coating and composite fabrication expertise since 2013.

Technical construction Each module is manufactured with industrial fabrication methods to ensure durability, load stability and resistance to long-term environmental exposure. Construction elements include:

• High-density EPS core CNC-shaped for precision buoyancy and consistent geometry.
• Press-bonded structural plywood and controlled compression layering for rigidity and repeatable dimensional consistency.
• Reinforced composite shell delivering mechanical strength.
• Industrial high-pressure polyurea coating applied as a seamless waterproof membrane for extreme adhesion, impact and abrasion resistance.
• Integrated mechanical fastening/modular connection system for rapid mechanical assembly.

Production & coating technology

• Large-format industrial press (3000 × 1300 mm) enabling controlled compression bonding and repeatable structural performance.
• Precision CNC shaping of EPS cores for stable buoyancy and dimensional control.
• High-pressure polyurea application using professional reactor systems to ensure exact chemical ratios, strong adhesion and long-term marine durability.
